This module is ideally suited to adding PWM control to your project, whether it be driving an LED array or an array of servo motors, this module will drive arrays for days. Based on the PCA9685 chipset which features its own internal clock the module allows for the control of 16 seperate PWM channels through a 2 - wire connection.
The module requires an external power supply of 5V to be able to drive the connected devices. The logic of the board itself is powered through the host microcontroller. Communication is handled through a 2 pin I2C interface, available on a wide range of microcontrollers. The I2C address of the module is in the range of 0x60 - 0x80 depending on the configuration of the onboard address select pins.

Debugging method:
 
Step 1: Connect the solar cell, do not take the bottle to be charged, if the output voltage in step 2. If there is no transfer of small output counterclockwise slowly until the output voltage on the MPPT is high enough to engage the regulator.
 
Step 2: counterclockwise rotation of the pot will increase the output voltage until the indicator light red and the blue light flashes.
 
Step 3: Connect battery, and attach an ammeter to monitor the charging current, turn the MPPT trimming potentiometer until the charging current is at maximum.
 
Step 4: To adjust the output voltage maximum, connect a fully charged battery, if the blue light is on turn the Pot clockwise to up the output voltage until the red light turns on. Then turn the output voltage  down slowly (counterclockwise) until just blue light just turns on, and then use a multimeter to measure to determine the cut-off voltage is correct to avoid overcharging.
 
ransfer methods instead of using the power supply of solar energy:
 
Step 1: The power supply was adjusted Solar MPPT voltage (such as 18V)
 
Step 2: The power supply connected to the input terminal, do not take the battery to be charged, if the output voltage is adjusted clockwise until no large MPPT voltage output. Then slowly counterclockwise until the transfer of small MPPT just have the output voltage.
 
Step 3: anti-clockwise turn down the output voltage until the red and blue lights flashing, then coarse output voltage to a full cut-off voltage
 
Step 4: Access is just full of batteries, if the blue light is clockwise turn up the output voltage until the red light. Then transfer a small output voltage slowly counterclockwise until just blue lights, and then use a multimeter to measure to determine the cut-off voltage is correct to avoid overcharge!

The Arduino Uno only has a limited number of PWM pins – this shield adds an additional 16 PWM channels, each with 12 Bit resolution! Since this board communicates using I2C, up to 62 of these boards can be used on the same Arduino. That means you can control up to 992 PWM outputs!
