TPU 3D Printing Filament
TPU, is a non-volcanised rubber for 3D printing. It is the most common material used in 3D printing as it is easy to use.
The printing temperature is generally between 2015-230ºC and has no pungent smell when printing.
Strong Weather Resistance
TPU is waterproof, moisture permeable, cold-proof, UV resistant (resistant to discolouring) and other characteristics so that the prints can be used in more applications.
Suggested Printing Temperatures:
Nozzle: 205 – 230 degrees.
Bed: 40 – 50 degrees.
Length: ~ 330m
The above information is for reference only, the room temperature, machine structure, and performance may have differences in various cities, so the best temperature is dissimilar with the suggested one, it’s better to make choices according to the actual condition.
Spray some liquid hair spray on the print surface before a print to greatly improve bed adhesion.
Place in a sealed bag or container with a moisture-absorbing packet. When using a filament you haven’t used in a while, cut the first 5 – 10cm off, as ends can become brittle over time.
All filaments have different ideal print temperatures. Printing too high or low can cause issues with ANY filament. For the best results, we suggest printing a temp tower.
