- We now offer Bulk Importing Services to ANYONE for items on our website and beyond.
- We can source and Quote bulk item requests and give you our best price right off the bat.
- Stelltron Electronics may not always have quantity of stock on-hand on-premises to fulfil your needs.
- Although we keep our stock on-hand, we are able to assist you in obtaining larger quantities directly imported, easily.
What to expect:
- When placing a bulk order it may take anywhere between 2-8 weeks.
- Small items are sent by Air Freight and usually take between 2-4 weeks to arrive at our door, while large or heavy items are sent by ship and usually take between 6-8 weeks to arrive at your door.
- When placing a bulk order it should be noted that there is an inherent risk that Customs may delay or halt the shipment.
- You will be Quoted on the current exchange rate on the day of bulk item request which is subject to change from Quote to Purchase date.
- Some products may have a minimum order quantity. If the quantity required is below the MOQ, then we will advise the MOQ on your Quote for best prices to be obtained.
- Should you accept our Quote, an Invoice will be generated from our website with banking details.
- As soon as the funds for the bulk order is paid, we place the order with the supplier and as soon as we have paid the supplier, we will no longer be able to refund or cancel the order
Important Notices
- Stelltron Electronics reserves the right to cancel a bulk order request. You will be refunded your money, in full, if we do cancel the bulk order.
- Stelltron Electronics does not have control over the time it takes for the product to arrive in the country.
- There may be unforeseen delays and our times given are provided as an estimate.
- Stelltron Electronics does not provide insurance on the product. If a product is damaged we will assist as best possible to rectify the situation but Stelltron Electronics is not liable for any losses incurred.
- Stelltron Electronics reserves the right to charge extra fees to cover unforeseen costs. Some products require specific certification to be transported. We will however try our best to first notify you of any potential extra costs that may be required, and provide you with the option to cancel the bulk import request if the order has not yet been placed with our supplier.
