PERSONAL COLLECTIONS:
Should you be within collection radius of Safari Gardens, Rustenburg, North West, 2999, collection will be permitted with the use of a coupon for free collection
Please complete the following steps:
1 – Place your order online and use the free collection coupon- RTB1Free@Collect#
2- Your order will be moved to “packing queue” as we pack FIFO (first-in-first-out).
3- Once your order is packed, we will notify you via email of the collection address.
4 – Once you have been notified, please confirm your date and time of collection.
Collection Terms:
No same day collections unless otherwise arranged.
Payment for order must be made online prior to collection.
If you wish to pay cash – Please complete your online order, but “back-out” when reaching the payment gate so we still receive your order to process.
Please indicate clearly in the NOTE section that you will be paying CASH on Collection. – Exact Amounts Please.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS when collecting.
Collection Time Slot is from 15:00pm to 17:00pm ONLY.
OWN COURIER BOOKING COLLECTIONS:
Should you wish to book your own courier for collection, please complete the following steps:
1 – Place your order online and use the free collection coupon- RTB1Free@Collect#
2- Your order will be moved to “packing queue” as we pack FIFO (first-in-first-out).
3- Once your order is packed, we will notify you via email of the package dimensions and weight with collection address to book your own courier.
4 – Once you have booked your parcel, you must send us the waybill to add to your parcel before collection.
