Stelltron Electronics Pty Ltd Return, Repair and Warranty Policy.

 

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for choosing Stelltron Electronics as your supplier. We strive to supply trustworthy and fair-priced products to our clients. Please find below our return, repair and warranty policy:

 

Return Policy:

Incorrectly Supplied Items: If Stelltron supplies an item incorrectly, please do the following within 48 hours of receiving the order:

  1. Take a clear photo of your entire order.
  2. Send us an email with your order number, order image, and any additional info. Once we have established the incorrectly supplied item, we will either re-supply, issue a store coupon, or refund, depending on stock availability.

Visibly Damaged or Broken Items: If an item is visibly damaged or broken upon arrival, please do the following within 48 hours of receiving the order:

  1. Take a clear photo of the item in question.
  2. Send us an email with your order number, item image, and any additional info. Once we have established the clearly visible damaged item, we will either re-supply, issue a store coupon, or refund, depending on stock availability.

Non-Functioning Items: If an item is not functioning as required, please do the following within 7 days of item delivery:

  1. Return the item to Stelltron for inspection. You are liable for this cost if the item is deemed in good working order after inspection.
  2. Once inspection is complete and a conclusion is met, we will communicate with you the findings and advise on re-supply, issue of a store coupon, or refund, depending on stock availability.

IMPORTANT NOTICES: Refunds/exchanges and coupons WILL NOT be issued for the following:

  • If you have had the item in your possession for more than 7 days.
  • If the item has been correctly supplied.
  • If the item has been functioning correctly prior to return inquiry.
  • If an inspection has been completed on a returned item and the item is functioning in good order.
  • If the item has been used – Applicable to Filament.

Stelltron’s 1-Year Limited Warranty (From date of purchase) *Only vaild on machines 

 

 

Warranty Coverage: 

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase which is determined on a case by case basis and Stelltron reserves the right to determine if the warranty is valid after a full inspection is completed by our technicians. 

 

What Is Covered: 

Manufacturing defects Malfunctions due to normal use (such as a faulty motherboard, etc) 

 

 

What Is Not Covered:

Stelltron does not guarantee the service as a result of:

1. The proof of purchase being altered or made illegible.

2. The product label; or serial number on the product being altered or made illegible. Accidental damage, faults caused by abuse, neglect, careless operation, or any handling operation which are not in conformance with the user manual which came with the printer.

3. Use for anything other than normal domestic use purposes. (e.g. commercial or leasing purposes)

4. Use of parts not assembled in accordance with the instruction.

5. Damages including, but not limited to damages caused by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disaster, or transportation.

6. Normal wear of accessories or consumables for use such as the Hotend assembly/extruder or any other wearing parts. Problems which arising from consumable parts, eg clogging, can not be covered as the parts are variable (meaning the user can change parts which can lead to an issue) 

7. Repair or modification carried out by an unauthorized service organization other than Stelltron.

8. If there is any doubt, please contact Stelltron for clarification.

 

To book an inspection for warrenty repair/replacement please follow these steps 

1. Email Support@stelltron.co.za 
2. Attach a copy of proof of purchase 
3. Use your Purchase number as subject line 
4. Describe your issue and attach photos as evidence
