Recommended Printing Settings (Enclosed Printer Strongly Advised):
- Nozzle Temperature: 280–310°C
- Bed Temperature: 90–110°C (use glue stick or PEI/PPS surface for best adhesion)
- Print Speed: 40–100 mm/s (slower for optimal strength)
- Cooling Fan: Off or very low
- Environment: Fully enclosed chamber recommended + dry filament (PPA-CF is low-hygroscopic but still benefits from drying)
- Nozzle: Hardened steel or ruby (0.4mm or larger – carbon fiber is abrasive!)
