Input mode: VIN input level, GND input cathode
Output: VOUT is output level, GND output is negative
Adjust way: first right after the input power supply (4.5 V -) between 40 V, output voltage with a multimeter monitoring and tuning potentiometer (general chronological booster, the backward turn step-down)
