The L7824 Voltage Regulator is a 24-volt regulator. It will ensure your output voltage is 24 volts +/- a tolerance og 0.2 volts. A voltage regulator generates a fixed output voltage of a preset magnitude that remains constant regardless of changes to its input voltage or load conditions.
